Quotation Manager

Quotation Manager supports contract pre-sales activities covering time of use (TOU) rate calculations based on forecast consumption and energy costs together with 3rd party costs such as Use of System (UOS) charges. 3rd Party costs can be included in price calculations, excluded from price calculations or set as pass-through. Multiple quotes can be generated for supplying potential customer based on standard quotation templates designed by the user. All contract parameters are covered including price options, delivery dates, validity period, payment terms etc. Accepted quotes are automatically processed into the Contract Manager module and workflows generated to cover the registration process specific to each market and subsequent triggers into a billing engine and the Trade Manager module.

Contract Manager

The Contract Management provides a flexible solution for managing complex energy sales/purchase agreements. Contract examples include energy sales/purchase (CfD, PPA), O&M, fuel, water, steam.

It can interface to a wide variety of third party systems and provide a complete contract monitoring, settlement and flexible reporting system.

It has a full audit trail and tracking facilities to allow only authorise users to make amendments to contracts stored within the system.

The calculations can be set to be triggered automatically and to produce formatted reports each time the calculations are executed.
